1. Toepasselijkheid
1.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten die via onze webshop tot stand komen tussen MPGoods en de consument.
1.2 Door een bestelling te plaatsen, accepteert de consument deze algemene voorwaarden.
2. Productinformatie en prijzen
2.1 De producten die via onze webshop worden aangeboden zijn duidelijk en waarheidsgetrouw omschreven.
2.2 Alle prijzen zijn in euro’s, inclusief btw en exclusief eventuele verzendkosten, tenzij anders vermeld.
2.3 MPGoods behoudt zich het recht voor om prijzen en productinformatie te wijzigen.
3. Bestelling en totstandkoming overeenkomst
3.1 De overeenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat de consument een bestelling plaatst en daarvan een bevestiging ontvangt per e-mail.
3.2 MPGoods heeft het recht om bestellingen te weigeren of aanvullende informatie op te vragen indien nodig.

4.1 Betalingen kunnen worden voldaan via de beschikbare betaalmethoden in de webshop.
4.2 Bestellingen worden pas verwerkt na ontvangst van betaling.
5. Levering
5.1 Wij leveren naar Nederland, België en Duitsland
5.2 Bestellingen worden doorgaans binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen verzonden, tenzij anders vermeld bij het product.
5.3 Indien levering vertraagd is, wordt de klant hierover zo snel mogelijk geïnformeerd. Dit geeft geen recht op annulering van de order.
6. Verzendkosten | zie ook: verzend en retour beleid
6.1 Bestellingen worden standaard geleverd met gratis verzending, tenzij anders vermeld.
6.2 Eventuele retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de consument, tenzij aangetoond wordt dat het product defect of fout geleverd is.
7. Herroepingsrecht
7.1 De consument heeft het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van het product de koop zonder opgave van reden te ontbinden.
7.2 De consument dient het product ongebruikt, in originele staat en indien mogelijk in de originele verpakking terug te sturen.
7.3 Na ontvangst en beoordeling van de retourzending wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terugbetaald. Mits aan de voorwaarden voldaan is.
8. Garantie en klachten
8.1 Onze producten worden geleverd met wettelijke garantie.
8.2 Klachten over geleverde producten dienen binnen 5 dagen na levering schriftelijk of per e-mail gemeld te worden.
8.3 MPGoods zal binnen 5 werkdagen inhoudelijk reageren op de klacht.
9. Aansprakelijkheid
9.1 MPGoods is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of verlies van gegevens.
9.2 De aansprakelijkheid van MPGoods is beperkt tot het bedrag van de bestelling, tenzij er sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid.
10. Overmacht
10.1 In geval van overmacht is MPGoods niet gehouden aan haar verplichtingen.
10.2 Onder overmacht wordt onder andere verstaan: natuurrampen, stakingen, transportstoringen, pandemieën, of storingen bij leveranciers.
11. Privacy en gegevensbescherming
11.1 Persoonlijke gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor het verwerken van bestellingen en communicatie.

12. Toepasselijk recht en geschillen
12.1 Op deze algemene voorwaarden is het Nederlands recht van toepassing.
12.2 Geschillen worden bij voorkeur in onderling overleg opgelost. Indien dit niet lukt, worden geschillen voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

1. Applicability
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our webshop between MPGoods and the consumer.
1.2 By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Product Information and Prices
2.1 The products offered through our webshop are described clearly and truthfully.
2.2 All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
2.3 MPGoods reserves the right to change prices and product information at any time.
3. Orders and Agreement Formation
3.1 The agreement is concluded once the consumer places an order and receives an email confirmation.
3.2 MPGoods reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if necessary.

4.1 Payments can be made using the available payment methods on the webshop.
4.2 Orders are processed only after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver within Europe.
5.2 Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 8 business days, unless otherwise stated with the product.
5.3 If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. This does not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

6.1 Orders are shipped free of charge by default, unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the product is proven to be defective or incorrectly delivered.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
7.2 The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging.
7.3 After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days, provided the return conditions are met.
8. Warranty and Complaints
8.1 Our products come with a legal warranty.
8.2 Complaints about delivered products must be reported in writing or by email within 5 days of delivery.
8.3 MPGoods will respond to complaints within 5 business days.
9. Liability
9.1 MPGoods is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or loss of data.
9.2 MPGoods’ liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 In the case of force majeure, MPGoods is not obliged to fulfill its obligations.
10.2 Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or supplier failures.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 Personal data is used solely for order processing and communication.
11.2 For more information, see our Privacy Policy available on our website.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
12.2 Disputes shall preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
